Unsolicited fantasy
This project represents an unsolicited fantasy of Basel in which fragments of platonic forms emerge from the medieval city. The scene hangs undecidedly between the real, the ideal and the surreal. Either from the past or the future, natural or man made, constructed or decaying, these fragments through their ambiguity possess a symbolic dimension. In their abstractness, they cannot be situated.
